I loved the old Twilight Zone with Rod Serling and also Night Gallery for TV shows, don't know if you got them across the pond or not.

when i was a child, whenever i stayed at my Grandmas on a Saturday night, i would stay up and watch the old black and white double bill horror movies on BBC2. They were universal pictures and i can always remember the older movies had a globe with an aeroplane flying around it before the start. To me horror films are all about vampires, ghosts and werewolves. Not a great lover of the slasher movies.I liked the hammer films, especially if Ingrid Pitt was in them. For werewolf films, American werewolf in London and Dog Soldiers are wourth watching.Salems Lot, has got to be the one to watch if your into vampires, the original is the best. I also remember everyone talking about it at school. It was on BBC1 in 2 parts, back in the early eighties.

I agree with you there Flossy and Will, I would enjoy watching a horror or paranormal movie rather than a slasher flick.
I too enjoy watching the old black and white horror movies.
Friday and Saturday late night horror movies.

Now that you've mentioned Salem's Lot I'm going
to see if I can rent it from Netflix.
It's been some time since I've seen it. Very Happy

I got Salems Lot a while back and only watched the first episode - too old for me, the same thing with V, but I bet they were good at the time.
