I hope Iain has seen a ghost by now, I presume you've been at it a while?

Thats the thing with ghosts, no ones ever seen one so they must be harder to find, less beleivable too.

Keep up the Good work.

Many many people have seen ghosts all over the world; and there have been stories of seeing ghosts from the beginning of recorded history.

Substitute ghosts for dragons - does it mean dragons are real?.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon

They've been around as long as ghosts - even in Ireland Shocked

I don't know anyone who has seen the Loch Ness Monster but I know many who have seen Angels - does that mean Angels are real and the Loch Ness Monster isn't?.

Have you researched the Loch Ness Monster? (I assume you have) I thought there was a chance that it is real.

I have and have been to Loch Ness several times. The Loch Ness Monster is as real as ghosts and UFOs. People have seen what they perceive to be 'the monster' in the Loch but this doesn't mean that what they perceived was the same as what was really there.

Why don't you do a thread on Bigfoot and your conclusions since you have fully researched it? Do you believe there are many Bigfoots?

I'd only be repeating what other far more respectable researchers and authors have done. It's far better if people examine all the evidence then come to their own conclusions based upon as much information they can gather - including pro-bigfoot and anti-bigfoot research in order to form a balanced opinion.

I don't believe there are many bigfoots. I think the population in North America is relatively small and the vast majority of sightings and encounters are misidentifications.

Well can you just give your conclusions - roughly how many do you think there are? why are they rarely seen? do you think they are intelligent?

I can only speculate based on the best evidence. I would say that their numbers do not exceed triple figures, so we're talking the low hundreds and certainly not thousands.

They're rarely seen (more often smelt or heard) because they're masters of stealth and avoidance. As one prominent field researcher said "You don't find Bigfoot, Bigfoot finds you".

I think they're incredibly intelligent, more intelligent than the apes and virtually on a par with homo sapiens but with a natural, instinctive desire to remain feral and avoid unnecessary interactions with civilisation.
