Hi there all,
Lastnight at around 1 A.M I visited a haunted location with a freind.
Arlseford church is a abandoned small church out in the sticks, it's rumored there are some satanic cults operating there and also stories of haunted horsedrawn carts ferrying the dead and of course the preist.
As we was inside I got a massive chilling feeling and had to get my photos and get out.
All I got was one lousy orb.
I will try and upload the pics soon. |

Did you get permission to go into the church at 1am? What are the haunted reports from that location? |

Scott,
Did you or your friend see any evidence of satanic activity?
Sorry to hear the pictures won't upload. |

Hi there guys and gals,
It's not private so anyone can go there, the thing is it's on the outskirts of the village so it's pitch black. My pics were are pretty bad really. I attempted to get a photo through the whole lot but it was too dark so I had to go close to the parts I was photographing to get them.
The stories are from among my freinds and freinds of freinds so I think they are off the record. Dan used to live in the village though and rekkons the cults operate there at halloween and around. Once police were called and rounded up the supposed halloweeners who turned out to be involved in a cult and up to no good in there.
There was no evidence I could see but the alter is clearly visable and the imagination ran a bit wild, it's long enough to lay down in(not that I tried)
The building is like a ruined castle with grass inside and no roof, windows or doors, theres an ancient graveyard all around and a huge masionic cross at the entrance, strangley on the way out thats where I got the orb and it is quite a big solid looking one. I had the chill approaching the alter.
maybee the pics are to large I will try again..... |

I will find out some info on it and post soon Bitter.
I know that you like old looking archetecture so will find out something on the record for you.
Do you think if I send a few pics to you you might be able to put them up?
On one of the photos is the information board. |

It's Alresford church...
It was st Peters church that burnt down in 1971.
It was built in the 12th centry and built with roman brick fro a local villa.
they built over it drasticly in the 14th centry and since just taking of the plaster have found a map of the old look.
It is built on a burial ground. |

It is built on a burial ground.
Most old churches are. Why did you investigate this one?. Was it because of its association with 'satanists'?.
What do you think of 'satanists', do you think they are deluded or maybe they can genuinely summon up the Devil and his cohorts?.
Because a church has satanic links do you think this makes it more scary and likely to provide paranormal phenomenon?.
So many questions - so few answers....

Thanks Scott.
I'm looking forward to the day we can visit England & Ireland
so I can see these buildings first hand. Oh, also Scotland!
We may be planning a trip for next year. |
