If it were me and my ghosts  I would alter the designs and colors.
The homepage is disorganized and could use some different fonts and colors. It is also confusing at first of where the person should click and what they need to read.
I would then try something different for these forum colors, because the bright colors can become annoying. I would suggest some type of light gray background for the forum and keep the black backdrop. Then you can darken the shades of the fonts.
Just suggestions, I love the site no matter what.

woo-hoo hoo! finally a bit of feedback! thank you! lou and i will disscuss your suggestion and have a think! its not just confusing for 'newbies' you know im confused most of the time and ive been here since day 1! the problem is, it started fine but then the more info you put on here the more heaving the site becomes and you have to find somewhere for it all to go as no-one wants an empty site as that would be lame and boring!!!

| I have a suggestion, it will also help fill up your forum. Have a story contest. The best short story of 500 words or less wins something, anything would be cool. Shirts, stickers, gift cards, etc. That should get your forum boiling with ghost hunters and enthusiasts |

A suggestion re your equipment needed for a ghost hunt can't see it on the forum lol.
Also how about info on what other peeps use and where they get them from and approximate costings ? I know a lot of people think you have to have loads of stuff but we haven't and when we take guest investigators we do offer them use of euipment if they haven't got any |

| I am loving the site, I would suggest removing some of those really annoying avatars. They make a lot of people dizzy and have head aches, I would even imagine that some people wont come back to the site. |
