| I got an annoying ghost in my flat, Was just in the toilet and yet again for the 50th time i heard someone walking up the stairs i opened the toilet door to check and no one war there yet again, Also hear it opening the fridge often and its jus irritating me , 2 questions why is it in my flat , and how do you get rid of the stupid thing, |

Are you serious? lol I guess if the ghost wakes you up in the middle of the night you can do what my uncle once done and tell it to ''f*ck off'' 
Are you not interested or curious at all though about this entity that defies all scientific understanding? |

doesnt mean cos no-one has died in your that it cant be haunted, imagine how many people lived and died on that land before it was ever built on
i think its just curious, if its not doing any harm then why do you want rid?
have you tried to catch anything on camera might be worth a try if it happens all the time |

Careful Flossy - usually when we tell someone to try and catch the activity on camera they say ok and never come back DB will love that I said that

someday someone will capture something but its up to the individual wether they believe it or not
someone may have already caught somthing but people may have said its fake or made excuses for it, you just never know, unless your the one who,s caught it lol |

I use to think I had 'something' in my house at night I would often here scratching sounds on the walls , knocks on my room window and noises that sounded like marbles rolling on wooden floor coming from the loft. The noises waked me up at night, in the end I just started ignoring them and put some of the noises down to birds in the guttering. Either way ignoring it is always a good option if its annoying you, whatever it is it will get bored an stop  |

Houses make noises that can be misinterpreted as footsteps, doors being opened, sighs etc. Noises can also carry both during the day and the night. Because a noise can't be readily explained doesn't automatically mean it's a ghost or spirit causing it. Can you set up a video camera to monitor the Fridge?. Are you hearing these noises when you're in bed or do you hear them from different parts of the house?. It may be an idea to keep a diary of when you hear these noises and what you were doing at the time - this may throw some light on their cause - whether that cause be natural or supernatural. Also why not try sealing the fridge door with some wax/paper or tape and sprinkling some talc around the base of the fridge?.

Most noises of walking can be debunked and are the most common types of supposed activity.
The fridge opening is harder to explain due to the presure of the door.
I could go on, but as I believe this is a debunker. I'll leave this one to DB.
The most important point is not to worry about it as this could cause a psychosymatic induced haunting. Go for it DB..Debunk. |

Then you should have no trouble recording at least the sound, although in your place I would be recording video, particularly in the kitchen.
I do not anticipate that you'll be doing so. |
