So people claim that there is a ghost of Lord Hope still seen to this day still skulking amongst the grounds in regret of what he did. Anyone have any pics of the Castle or anymore information on this story? ... Which concerned me a little because it made me realise that there is castle i have never heard of, And i cant have that grrr.lol ... Betchworth is a very small place and my parents live there. I lived there for 4 years before getting married. There is a big house / mansion but it's occupies so no chance of having a poke round. I'll find out if there is a castle but i really don't think there is. ... May have to give up with this one unless i can fine someone who knows exactly where it is. ...
