its hard, im in the same boat with my daughter she's very over weight and we do all sorts to helping her loose it including calorie controled diet,
excersise, we go for a 30 min walk every night then longer walks on a weekend, i even bought her an exsersise bike for when we cant get out, and shes only looseing a couple of pound a week
dont give up |

Water intake is important in weight loss. Have you tried using fiber products? I take fiber as a supplement every day, helps with weigh loss. |

i drink water between meals to stop snacking.i have half a weetabix of breakfast with milk no sugar or seed crispbread.i dont really have any other fibre in my diet that i can think of thanks yb ill try and eat more fibre and see if that works. flossy its bad if weight comes off to quick the doctors were happy for me to only lose a couple of pounds a week they said it all mounts up and its all a step in the right direction |

very true casper, loosing a couple of pound a week is better than gaining it by far |

It sure is easier to put on the pounds/stones than to take them off.
