Well apparantly the theory is Thecactus, If a person in life entered a room or had to wake up or do something within that paticular environment at a particular time each night. Then the embedded enrgy will replay its self at that time each night. While you are asleep your brain frequencys drop to about 6-7hz and your subconsious mind sences them enter that space, which waiks you up. Its theory but seems to be pepetative.
I can go on a lot, but if helps Ill save your mind from my mad ramblings lol. |

i know what you mean, my dad has never used an alarm clock, he says if he needs to be up early he always wakes, he,s never slept in for anything lol |

I remember there was something like that in the film - exorcism of emily rose, were the woman woke up every night at 3.00 am because that was when the demons were most active - although I think this part was fictional, although the movie was based on a true story. |
