Sorry to hear that your Mom had to experience finding your neighbor like that. Were you and your family close to him? There are others on this forum that have had a similar experience with someone passing and then having odd occurrences happen around their home. Does your guitar play a tune or just random chords? ... Sounds like the lost soul of the neighbor letting someone know it is still around. I suggest next time you hear these things, let him/her that they need to move on.
