I have a few answers as to why ghosts arent naked.
Because they get clothes from the Ether realm when they pass over.
or...
Perhaps ghosts are orbs in their true form and like a shapeshifter they can generate any form they like.
Why is neo and all the rest from the Matrix not naked?, they have an image of themselves and it clothes them when they are in the Matrix. Perhaps something simular is happening when spirits cross to the Earth realm.
A couple of spanners in the works for you and your fellow skeptics DB.

They're not spanners they're red herrings LOL. They have about as much validity as saying 'god gives 'em clothes' or they get them from angel trees. The Matrix is fantasy.
I don't know where ghosts get their clothes from, I don't know whether ghosts really exist because I've not seen any proof to support such a claim.

Why is it ridiculous Cactus?. Is asking "Why are ghosts not seen in wheelchairs or wearing ipods?" ridiculous?.
