I gotta agree with that unasked questions will always puzzling :)
I kinda knew from an early age the 'spirit' world exsisted but 20 yrs ago or so drifted away from it (kinda got religion) but now im sort of intrigued again ... I cannot understand why the 'spirit' world and religion do not go hand in hand as they are both connected
Thanks for the warm welcome BTW :) |

Actually "the spirit world" , life after death, etc are religious matters. It is just that most have no real answers as to what ghosts are and it's easier just to label everything evil, demonic etc than to investigate the likely-hood it could be a serious field for study. You have no idea how many people I have talked to who have a knee jerk reaction that ghosts are evil and demonic, but after talking to them they almost always say. "Well what ever they are you guys should go to this place or that place and see whats going on there." LOL. It's pretty funny, if they truly believed they were all demonic why invite someone to be exposed to such phenomena. In short I believe there is a gray area between the paranormal and spirituality and I think they are both quite related just in different ways. |

Most religious books actually have alot about spirits in i.e. the father , the son and the holy ghost etc, so I don't really understand why everything is demon this and evil that , maybe because it is unexplainable religious groups label it as evil as to try and justify their religion, kind of an 'i told you so' lol |

I totally agree with what you both say ..... about 2 yrs ago I read a 'religious' book which was primarily about the subject of death, this was the major trigger factor that had me thinking I had been being brain washed into cutting off the experiences I had, had involving the spirit world... I was repeatedly told not to consider the unknown and not focus too much on life after ... and one rather 'friendly woman' suggested I must contain a 'Demon' as i was pure Evil & needed to repent & renounce all that occured before .... Yeah okay .
The book (Healing Deaths Wounds) explained that people had just stepped over a timeline and life went on.. This then prompted a massive guilt trip that I had been 'ignoring' the spirits that I know are around me .... My Nan who passed over 18mths ago & more distressingly so My Son who would have been 21 this year .... Thanks again for your replies its much appreciated to 'let it all out' to people who understand where im coming from. |

The problem is that there are shades of grays and not black and white when it comes to the paranormal. If we look but we fail to understand that is not failure but if we fail to look because we think we already have the answers that is failure IMO. If we never questioned our suroundings we would likely still be living in caves. |
