has anyone seen ghosts

hey everyone, for those of you whom i've chatted with before, nice to be back. i got a message from bitterbuck and the reason i haven't been on in so long is because my computer crashed and had to be rebooted and fixed up and stuff! talk about a nightmare!
anyway, i noticed this post and wanted to add in my small experience with my shadow people...it's getting worse.
things are going missing from my room, things are moving, my tv is possesed and making scary noises, phantom knockings on my window wake me up in the middle of the night, and i feel like i'm going crazy! i asked my mom to stay in my room one night but nothing happened to her, she said she felt fine. whenever i go in my room, i get this feeling of being watched and hunted. everytime i walk out of the room i feel like running, like someone is right behind me and a couple times, my hair has been pulled. Hard. so, i dont know, am i losing it or is there really something there? any advice? Sad

something is there and it sounds like it just wants attention or is letting you know it is there.

i agree with YB,
this might sound silly but try saying out loud,
"i know your here, so just leave me alone"

when i was younger and lived with parents there was some thing in our house that used to move stuff and if we said aloud
"we know your there so stop moving stuff"
it would stop and only start up again if we didnt mentoin it for a bit, you never know it might work for you aswell

i would try and trace the history of the building u r in that might help u to understand whats going on.try what flossy said.the spirit sounds like its trying to play practical jokes with u.its only interested in u.have u ever seen anything it could be a child i dont know why but i get the feeling its a girl.please keep me informed with how u get on im really interested.

i was writting that while kids getting dressed for school.it must of been about eight o clock.now i have a lonb day ahead of cleaing i have so much to do i could do with cutting myself in two.
