Such things are known as "trigger objects", and while our young visitor is much too young to write intelligently, I have put many trigger objects down on many differeint occasions. Usually they're toy cars or other toys placed in a special way. He's moved them several times, and the room was sealed off so I know it wasn't the cats. |

Morning Xena.
Ahh, that does make sense, placing toys for him to play with.
Has he ever showed a preference of individual items in your toy collection? |

Bitterbuck, he tends to like my Hot Wheels collection and teddy bears the most. He also loves to move my collection of Breyer horses about.
Flossy, most ghosts don't manifest physically (except in movies, lol). He manifests by moving things, making noises, and things like that. i have 'seen' him only in the form of orbs.
It takes an *incredible* amount of energy to manifest physically and I don't think a child of his age would garner than much energy. The tales you hear of physical manifestations (full body apparitions) are usually of spirits who have haunted a place for many years and have built up a great deal of energy. They wre also strong spirits in life, and so it carried over in death (my opinion).
It would be nice to see him physically, but I'm content with how he shows himself. I know he's there. |

Has he ever ventured outside of your home?
I'm assuming you have horses on property,(being a trainer and all) has he gone out there to visit the real thing? |

I board my horses at the local fairgrounds, as we live in town. As far as I know, he's never gone outside. |

Hey maybe a tricycle to go along with everything else.
Has he ever played with one of your cats toys, like a ball or something? |

We don't have toys for the cats, as our large dog likes to eat them (the toys, not the cats, lol).
He does like to roll the dog's ball around on occasion, and once in awhile (about three times a year) my wife and I are woken up by the sound of a very heavy ball (it sounds exactly like a bowling ball) being rolled around our kitchen. The house actually vibrates, and you can hear the ball hitting cabinets and bouncing off them.
The first time that happened I jumped out of bed to find out what the heck was going on, flipped on the lights, and...nothing. Absolutely nothing. And we don't own a bowling ball so it wasn't anything in our house.
Very, very odd. That may be another 'visitor', one I'm not familiar with. But it's weird. |

How is it that the ghosts/visitors can make these gosh awful noises?
Like the sound of a bowling ball, now I can understand it if you two owned one.
It baffles me..........yea I know it doesn't take much

LOL Nope, neither of our cats are black. Grey tabbies both.
I'd love a black cat, though, someday. I used to have one years ago who was just the best cat. I miss him.
As for those noises, who knows how they make those! Man, they're loud though! |
