Just thought I would introduce myself my name is Rich and I am based in Derbyshire the Ghost capital of England. I have had several key ghostly experiences in my life at locations dotted around the city and further afield. I am currently a person that would 100% love to believe in the paranormal, however I always like to consider possible scientific and physical analysis of a site or location before I can try and proof there is such a thing as the supernatural.
However after having said that, I have had several interesting pictures that I have taken at locations all of which have very strange items on them. Both I and others have sat down and looked at these images in close scrutiny and tried to understand exactly what they are and what we are seeing.

Image P1.1 Contains what can only be describes as an Orb like structure, what is unusual about this image is the fact that the orb was captured during daylight and could not possibly have been dust like those that are captured at night that people supposedly believe are ghosts or the manifestations of paranormal entity. Also there is a mist like red structure directly below the orb like structure. This image was taken at Tutbury Castle in Staffordshire.

Image P1.2 Contains what I can only describe as a ghostly like mist of light. Now many people have said to me that it’s just camera shake or dust however what is so intriguing about this image, is the fact that the corridor is perfectly visible through the fog like mist. Also the light patterns are all of different colours and directions. If this was camera shake the light patterns would all follow each other’s paths but they don’t. The picture was taken inside a Mental Asylum in Derbyshire.
I welcome any feedback and hope to strongly engage in discussions on the site. |

I'm not sure either of those pictures are paranormal; when you took the first picture could you see the orb/anything at the time?
For the Believer no proof is needed
For the Sceptic no proof is possible

hi rich, welcome to the forums 
the 2nd picy does look like the camera was mooving when it was took?
the first im not sure of, the red mist as you explained it could be a glare off the sun maybe?
but then again its in the shade  nice cap whatever it is  |

Hey thanks for the greeting guys. One the first image it wasn’t visible to the eye at all it was only when I got back and looked at the pictures on the pc that I noticed it.
I do look forward to posting some topical questions on this site regarding some very sensitive matters regarding the paranormal, questions that I would really like to get a good response from.
Plus I have got a small psychic test to try out with a select bunch of people on the forum later on nearer Halloween time which will be really interesting regarding responses and replies. It will be involving psychic art. And will really help me to start journey through investigating the paranormal.
As I am heading off to University next year I will be looking forward to joining the Paranormal Investigators Squad there and hopefully get out and start exploring

Hi Rich,
Welcome to the forum. Can you describe where the ghost is in your first link.I know you see an orb but I see lens flares and capture artifacts. In the second one can you give us a bit more info because it looks like camera shake. There is nothing identifiable as a corridor in that shot. Thanks buddy.
