I'm thinking this is a genuin experience. I am not sure if the vibrations are from the onset of spontneous OBE or if it is part of extradimensional awareness so to speak. Perhps it's both, but it is a common report from both experiencers. Have you ever tried to induce an OBE or bringabout a hightened state of awareness?

Im sorry that could really be anything, I definitely would not have put it on youtube. It is consistent with an out of focus light source,star, planet, Ariel vehicle etc. Just no way of telling what it may be with this footage. Good luck with that, but I do believe you may have had a contact experience and it may indeed cause paranoia.

You don't mention what age you are, I had similar experiences when I was a teenager, very vivid and it manifested itself physically as well, according to my mother, who always totally dismissed anything paranormal, I was totally stiff, with my eyes wide open and was cold to the touch. I went to hospital for a load of tests, brain scans etc and was diagnosed with hypnogogic hallucinations, which is apparently the periods between light and heavy sleep and is to do with the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) stage of sleep, where your body has shut down, but the mind is still going. They stopped when I was about 17 (notably an alcoholic drink would stop it!) and I'm 42 now, though I've had many paranormal experiences since and have recently been having obe's (the vibrations almost feel like electricity surging through my head) But nothing to worry about, this won't actually kill you, perhaps you are worried about something that is preying on your mind and you just need to relax and switch off.
