im on-line most days, doesnt matter what day it is to me, if i have spare time then im on, evening is the best time to catch me on when the kids are in bed, but thats not a good time for you though, what time is your bed time jordan |

your lucky when i was 12/13 my mum had us in bed for 8:30 on the dot on a school night, she always said kids need their sleep to concentrate at school, now a mum myself i know what she ment |

mine go up at 7.30 and can watch a film or read a book at nine the girls are asleep and i just go up and tell adam its time for sleep. |

i find it helps them they lie in bed while they have their chill out time so they arent running round otherwise they go to bed all wound up from running round and cant sleep for ages. |
