The brain is an amazing bit of kit, If I saw Gods finger ( funny that everyone tends to spell God with a capital "G" as this would be a sighn of respect? why do we respect something we can not prove?) anyway back to the point in hand, If I did see Gods/gods hand pointing at my head (yes I know its just an excample lol), I would tend to believe it was real at the time. I think some of you know my oppinion of the world as apposed to the existance of everything we experience as no more than fluctuating energy eminating from a point of reference ie me or you ...(don't get me started, you saw the last post)... But from a physical point of view, I'd be requiring some form of documented evidence. I have experienced some damb weird things in my time, but now I look back and wonder if what I saw was real? although at the time I was damb sure it was...we are not computers and though we experience these odd occurances we are quick to dought ourselves. So from me, Physical- na. Theoretically- anything could happen. In my own theoretic logic- I wouldn't be suprised if the sky was jelly and my ass fell off every saturday night... I'm an open book. |

Before you all start, my ass doesn't fall off and the sky isn't jelly...
But if it turns out that it is, remember I said it here first.
But my ass better not fall of it the sky is jelly...
Oh dear, I've been thinking too hard, time to put my brain back in the fridge.
Anyone fancy an icecream? |

I agree with that and I'm guilty of it myself even though I have no faith in god or anything more than a wafer thin respect for religion.
But from a physical point of view, I'd be requiring some form of documented evidence.
Definitely, me too. I know enough about how easily we fool ourselves that I'd be the first one to question my own senses.
but now I look back and wonder if what I saw was real? although at the time I was damb sure it was...
Me too.
