Hello Agentscott. Thank you very much. Love your avatar, BTW. Despite the cat + ears on mine, I don't actually have one I chose the image, because she's the kind of Ancient Egyptian I'd like to have been |

Thats a lovley idea Henut?
I like it.
Actually I am a cat lover myself, favoring cats over dogs anyday, they look smarter and are sleeker and I beleive are highly inteligent and can understand us well to a certen level.
I have Pusscat and shes great, I am also guilty of poping her in the car on latenight star watches and she loves them. Crazy hey! |

You sound such a sweety, Agentscott. Cats are indeed very intelligent and perceptive, especially as judges of people [as are parrots - we have a very talkative African Grey]. There's a very cute black cat that lives near us, and keeps wandering past. I don't have many superstitions. But I keep hoping he [his name's Prince, BTW], will bring me luck. BTW, is Pusscat her actual name |

I am going to 'ease myself in' gradually with these forums. So my first actual post [in General Chat] is one the 'heady' subject of the Ancient Egyptian Soul. Their views on the human psyche and afterlife were fascinating ones, and have always intrigued me. |

Thanks!
Yes, I love silly names like that, some people call animals names like John or Dave and I always think thats a bit boring, after all animals are not humans so need more intersting names. |

We've had pets - especially hamsters - with very silly names. But Ivan the Terrible, though, was a Russian one, and did live up to his! And Fluffy (Andorran or Angoran, I forget) was basically just that... .
Our parrot is called Marty, after the hero of the Back to the Future films, of which my family are big fans.
Humans can have some lovely names. Sadly, I think my family was 'behind the door' when they were given out! BTW, is Scott your real name? |

No it's Dave,
I though i'd go with the x-files type name as i'm quite keen on UFO's and other paranormal stuff too. Good name choices, my old hamster was called Predator.
I watched all the back to the futures a month or so ago when my freind got a boxset, they were great to watch again and I just love that accent.....Doc weve gotta go back!
Great scott is that the time....only joking! |

Good morning, Dave. Is it OK if I call you that? Ah...the X-Files. I used to 'have a thing' for Mulder [David Duchovny], which is the only reason I watched it, BTW
Predator Are you an Arnie fan? Personally, I find men with bulging muscles a big 'turn off' Our hamsters [we had 7 or 8 when I was akid] were an ill-fated 'dynasty'. So we got a dog instead. Big mistake... .
'Great Scott' - are you a Back to the Future fan too!? |
