Little Kid and Teen

I've moved around a lot and ghost, spirits, demons, and whatever else basically come to me because I have an open mind and I produce a lot of spiritual energy. Lately, I had disconnected myself from spiritual contact. Bad thing to do since it comes back twice as worse. Any ways, before I moved back in with my father I always felt like a kid has been holding onto my wrist and refuses to let go. My whole right arm will be completely cold and it would hurt, while my other arm is completely warm. Usually, there is someone who I believe is a Teen holding onto my left arm. I've tried to talking to them, but I get no response from them. Any ideas of what I should do? They seem harmless.

Once again you have to politely ask them to leave you alone. Most of the time this is all that is needed.

Asking them to leave politely doesn't do anything. I'm guessing what I did in my past with other spirits is the reason why these two refuse to leave. My friend told me that I should block out my spiritual energy from spirits, because that's what drawing them to me. How do you block out your spiritual energy? I tried gloves, I still feel a hand holding onto my wrist. There are two spirits that live on my friends block. One rides a bicycle and he follows you a couple houses down then goes back to the corner and follows other people. After that, another spirit who has an axe in his head follows you a couple houses down then stops and stares as you continue to walk. When I was walking home I could feel the little child grasp my wrist tighter. She seemed frighten of the two spirits on the block. When I got out of the neighborhood, she loosened her grip on my wrist and began to hold my hand. She finally showed herself to me today. She had blue eyes, long blonde hair put in a pony tail with a yellow ribbon, and wore a yellow dress that had flowers on it. The teen that is around leaves and comes back when I am home. I think the little girl is his sister and he leaves her with me, because he probably feels that he can trust me. YB, you think they want my help? I use to help spirits out before I disconnected myself from spirits.

This is always a possibility, the girl holding your wrist feels safe with you, just ask her not to hold so tightly. See if she can give you details of what she is afraid of.

The other two, its anyones guess what they want or need.

That sounds like a lot of fun. I tried communicating with her and the guy. I got no response back from them.

Did it ever occur to you that you may be dealing with psychic residual energy? If so you wont get any answers at all from the other two as they may simply not be there. You could just be perceiving a traumatic memory from them in the only way your mind can recognize it, in this case with the images you have seen.

They aren't images. I asked someone who is sort of psychic. She said she feels the presense of the girl with me. It made her feel uncomfortable.

I've never heard of psychic residual energy. That was new to me so I looked it up. I live with my Dad and where I've seen the little girl and guy was when I lived with my Mom back in Calwa. The apts that I lived in were built on an old cemetary that use to be there. If I'm just getting energies of what use to be there, then why would I still feel a hand touching me?
