That is a little assumptious considering you know nothing about me. |
I know that you actually watch reality shows, since you can't stop going on about them. That tells me everything I need to know.
Are you one of those who dial the ripoff numbers to vote for your favourite numbskull, not realising that it's all fixed from the start? |

I only watched Big Brother, a bit of light entertainment, and I enjoyed discussing what happened with Flossy on here; hardly a big deal, and it hardly makes me a couch potato It's the only reality show I've watched, and no I have never rang any number to vote in my life.
Flossy - yes it's Inn spectre/debunklet - you can tell by his sacrastic derogatory downbeat tone. |

If GhostFan Tom is Dee Spectre reincarnated it would be good if he refrained from personal attacks and stuck to questioning since I think he brings a valuable perspective to the discussions and I like his no nonsense styleee

He is obviously well read, but tbh I have never seen him give his view on anything without criticising someone at the same time, making him a troll. |

Better than being the kind of zombie who can be mentally stimulated by watching Big Brother or Children in Need.
Next account lined-up. |
Ghostfan Tom, I too enjoy the stimulation of reality T.V..
Why not have fun and enjoy a dysfunctional group of comrades?
I'm sure if you and I were involved in one of these 'situations'
we too would be the laugh of the party.
I do apologize ahead of time if you are a 'stick in the mud' and
would not enjoy the laughs of every day life.
I realize there are a select group of people that are perfect.
Which indeed you may be apart of. I for one am not.

Hopefully we'll keep our interactions, discussions and disagreements civil and stick to the premise, 'criticise the belief not the believer'.
I think it was the baby Jesus who once said, "Oh stop arguing it's Christmas FFS!".

Lets hope DB, but you know my thoughts on debates like this, trade the word debate for war.
Incedently would you critise a religious persons belifes, say a Jew or muslim because you dissagree? |

The snag with that is that no-one can separate the two. I think all your beliefs are utterly ludicrous, but I wouldn't think of criticising you. |

Yes, most definitely. I have done in the past and I'll have no qualms, fears or reservations doing it again. I've debated with muslims in Turkey and Syria, Jews in Manchester and Christians in the UK, USA and Africa. No belief should be free from being challenged.

LOL I don't mind what you think Tom, I'm a strong adherent to the 'Sticks and stones' school of thought and I think personal attacks only make the attacker look like a knob head anyway
I have devoutly christian friends who I have heated debates with but our discussions never devolve into petty name calling.
If you think all my beliefs (if your interpretations of them match mine) are utterly ludicrous then your understanding of the way the world works, the way science works and what constitutes proof is IMO severely flawed
