The chance of coincidence is extremely slim. We have had someone from Oxford causing hassle and getting banned a lot and he has owned up to it on here. Unless he's bouncing his IP adress. But we have a street anyway and coincidently we have a freind of ours who is serving with the armed forces living in the same town lmao. So I could check it out lol.
