Manifestations

Hi guys

This is my first post.
Just a query really. Apparitions and spirits need to gather electro-magnetic energy in order to manifest themselves right? That is supposedly the reason that you get cold spots, usually before something happens.

I keep hearing about people who feel sick, weak or faint before apparitions or spirits manifest their presence in some way. Could it be that such entities feed off pranic energy too? This would certainly explain such feelings occuring in people.

What do you think?

Everything needs energy to do something, and in my opinion "ghosts" are no different.

I don't, however, believe that they neccessarily need electro magnetic energy to manifest, just that they need energy, so I'd say yes to your question.

Also, just because we see a ghost, it doesn't mean it's radiating electro magnetic waveforms. When we see something, we're receiving a signal of its presence, and our brain is translating that signal as best it can in a manner that we'll understand and recognise. If a ghost radiates an emotion based energy, we'll pick this up, our brain will "decode" the signal to tell us something's there and will assume that as it's there we can see it, and therefore will display the incoming data as a visual manifestation.

Example, why do you feel warmer in an orange room than blue one? The brain translates the orange colour as being associated with warmth, and tells you it's warmer.

Welcome to the forums psi. I have heard that spirits will take energy from what ever source is available. I have also heard of people feeling ill as you described. Makes sense really.

Hi

When people feel sick etc it's the spirit impressing the feeling onto a person. Either they want to inflict harm to someone or impress how they died, for example if they were poisoned then they would make you feel sick, if they were hung then your neck would hurt etc.

I can't really add anything, but yes I do believe that spirits can take/zap our energy levels. Living people can also do this, better known as Psychic Vampires.
I also believe that genuine orbs are the beginning of spirit manifestation.

A Psychic Vampire is NOT a blood sucker, lol, it is another human being. Let me explain.
Have you ever had a friend who after you have spent time with them, instead of feeling uplifted, you feel drained, depressed (perhaps too harsh a word) even? They tend to zap your energy.
These people are known as Psychic Vampires. Google it, it may be on Wiki :)
