So much to choose from, so many places to investigate! One place that the team to which I belong have found to be extremely haunted, is a hotel in the small town of Thetford, in Suffolk.... the Bell Hotel.
Rooms 10, and 11 have high reported activity, and we've detected possible evidence of such, but the lower cellars and part of what was once a priests tunnel from a local church to the hotel during Cromwell's days, is a very ripe spot. The atmosphere is horrid, and we've had warnings left on unattended EVP recorders, and replies to every attempt to communicate, from taps, scratchings, to loud banging sounds.
If you're looking to visit; don't go down there alone!!
A small farm nearby, called Pope's Farm also has a very aactive couple of ghosts, both of whom we've caught on video...a small girl asking for her 'Daddy?', then throwing a stamping tantrum when we left her, and what is supposed to be an older male who paces across across an upstairs floor, where there are no floorboards! Very haunted, but not as menacing as the hotel!
Cheers,
Steve. |

A location is only as haunted as people imagine it to be.

haha nice one lol
but not everyone has a scientific or sceptic head on when they see stuff ie spirits/ghosts so automaticly think its paranormal untill its ruled out rather than the other way round lol |

Actualy some scientificaly orientated people are also willing to believe and indeed very sceptical people too. Its science that leads the way with paranormal reserch now. The days of science being a none believer have long gone. But lets be grown up about it, the chances of any one place being more haunted than another are a bit silly. Its more a belief that time space and physics and the spiritual world meirly overlap and we are now seeing fluctuations rather than events. Its an amazing science and Im all over it. lol. Keep up the good work. |

we are now seeing fluctuations
Why are we seeing fluctuations now Iain rather than in the past and what do you think these fluctuations are and how are they manifesting?

These fluctuations aren't appearing now. they were always there. The thing is we have more equipment available now that can read them. People wonder around with emf meters, thats cool. But what if the anomily occurs within other frequencys and not at range of emf that would read on an emf meter. Ie, it may show up through the light spectrum or at a neucler level. To manifest would mean to be created within an environment, these fluctuations are all around us so they do not manifest. An example of manifestition would be when an anomily uses electromagnatic energy and a collection negative ions which it drawn from the environment in order to interact with the physical world. If a spirit was to walk across a room ful of equipment,it would register on each piece of equipment individualy so that in order to see a full path of movement, you would have to consult all the equipment. |

No it wouldn't. How would you know if the spirit was walking? How would you know which part of the room it was coming from and going to? Spirits might not walk, surely walking is for those with legs?.
You cannot categorically say that 'it' would register on anything since this equipment you're referring to is for measuring things such as electromagnetic fields, temperature, sound, light etc. Unless you know the physical makeup of what you're measuring how can something be designed to measure it?.

It called science ! we look for things we don't understand with the equipment we have using the best means possible. It as been shown that some of the equipment used during paranormal investigations has shown relevant documentation as to have recorderd anomilys durin controlled experiments. As to weather these anomilys are ghosts, alein or invisable footballs is irelevent. The fact is that things where recorded that were not seen at the time. All this is documented and I will be adding a book list a some point in the near future. |

What controlled experiments and by which scientists?
The fact is that things where recorded that were not seen at the time.
Can you link to an example please?
