He says he's hovering on the ceiling of a hospital looking down at himself while he's in the bed ill. He said it's very bright around him like white lights and he can barely open his eyes. When he was a baby he almost died in hospital twice and was given the last rites by a priest so I think this is why he experiences these as he did almost die but was pushed back into the material world. ...
