Morning
Court Number 7 isn't actually open to the public as of yet and has been a row of cottages for all of it's life span.
Spookhunters hold their meeting at the Windmill Pub I believe.
The whole of Spon Street has a history of activity, upon our initial visits we were met with an energy and it should be an interesting night indeed!
The cottages were built and housed some of the poorest people in Coventry, being made for the old watchmaker's and was lived in until the 1980's. They also managed to survive bombings, directly on their doorstep, during the war.
Floor tiles dating back to the English Civil War circa 1641 has also been found on the land.
I will let you know how we get on, alternatively why not join us? |

wow , sounds really interesting, i might join you actually, it's my birthday on the 3rd & my mum was on about doing something like this as a present. Thats right spookhunters do do a meeting in the windmill on spon street. I'm really liking the idea of a previously uninvestigated site |

Hi Gav
Well sometimes the more exciting venues are ones that have not been investigated before and it's a risk we have to take to try and find original locations, we could compete with the bigger event companies and use the same locations but it gets a bit boring after a while.
We are going to look at another, never before investigated building tonight and hope to announce that date soon. That one is also in the Coventry area. I will keep you updated.

cool jo, sounds interesting, i think you're right though , new locations that haven't been investigated are alot more appealing than the ones where lots of people have already been |
