i did it when i was young and very stupid with my mates across the road from me.
they had a sister that had died and we aparrently got her.
me being extremely stupid asked so called sister to touch my mate ,who then ran away screaming in fright.
when we got found out later by no one sleeping well due to nightmares we sure got in trouble with our parents.
i was a bad influence so they said. huh
reason why i wont mess with them now is also to do with remote writting which i had a huge problem with in my teens.
i never intended to do remote wriiting and it just happend and i couldnt control it. so in my view both are related, trouble and no control,so stay away.
also as an adult and being a "releaser" i found quite a few people with problems due to the boards. |

I messed with it in fifth grade and I don't know if anything happened. Life just seemed the same to me. Just spiritual energy became stronger. |

I tried it once as a kid and nothing happened. It did get burnt up in a fire. I don't mess with them anymore. One never knows the intentions of the unknown spirit one would be communicating with. |

If you don't know how to use one then stay away. Even if you do it's not a great idea but if you do then make sure you protect yourself BIG TIME!! |

EBay seems to have few available, but since they have no special properties, you could make one from a sheet of plywood.
You could always print yourself one:
