lol..
i dont believe in glass work or oujia boards or pendulums
My views..
1 someone is pushing it
2. your subconcious moves it.
something we have not dont yet but want to try out is.. a oujia board as a trigger object.
same with a pendulum.. but with a modification.. 1 light attached to it. then lock it off in a room. and leave a cctv cam on it.
------
lol i also have another theory.. on what i have tested and worked.
electro static can move objects / items of small weight..
some people have more or less then each other.. everyone has there own charge.. and that charge can be used to move the pendulum.. or help move the pendulum.. "in may case i managed to move the pendulum by not holding it... and leaving it to dangle.. by sending electrostatic through it.. however the electrostatic was alot alot higher then what we produce..
but if spirits or ghosts use our energys... "electro static" like some beleive they do.. they should be able to move it alone??? but it never happens.. anyway.. then people would say you need to touch it to get energy into the glass or around the glass for it to move.... i have been thinking of a way to get energy to the glass without touching it.. as i would rather see the glass move on its own anyday with anyone touching it.. it instantly becomes void. lol..
also a way to stop people from pranking... is to put pins on the glass and get each member to put there fingure on it gentle.. then after check there fingures.
anyway what do you think to this? are you intrested in what i plan?
so just some points i want to clear..
1. i dont beleive in oujia boards and glass work or pendulums..
2. i am not saying ghosts use our electro static.. i am just intrested to investigate it..
3. i am intrested on what will happen with the right docs and time spent on the project it should be an intresting one even if nothing happens.. which i exspect.. |

I don't believe ouija boards contact the dead anymore than ironing boards do. You're quite right project-reveal it's either someone moving the glass (no matter how convincing they are at denying it) or it's the ideomotor effect. Same with pendulums and dowsing.
http://www.skepdic.com/ideomotor.html
Easiest way to see if a ouija board is getting messages from the dead is to blindfold the sitters (properly). The pins on the glass is also a good idea as is having the letters face down with just numbers face upwards and obviously no-one knowing which numbers correspond to each letter - write down the number sequences when Mr Split Foot is in communication and decode it later for....gobbledegook.
I'm not a believer in the ghosts use our energy theory. No one has come up with anything approximating to a credible explanation for how this works which is understandable since we don't know what a ghost is made of - same reason EMF detectors etc are virtually useless.

well ive done it before, just me and one other and we wernt pushing it, i got my son who died 10yr ago
i asked questions that my friend didnt know the answer to and got the correct reply
i know for a fact that i was not directing it, i supose it could of been my subconcious, i dont know, but it seemed pretty real for me |

I'm sorry to hear about your son Flossy. As you say, perhaps it was you unknowingly providing the answers. The blindfold test would have proved it one way or another.

yep nice... agreed. good idea's there... i always like the ghost who doesnt know how to spell... lol "i know that i have trouble but in oujia boards i have seen they have made spelling mistakes and small errors.. like.. the use of a oujia board.. one i say the tip of the plancet was touchiching over the letters... when the circle middle is ment to go over the letters... and i said funny... the ghost doesnt know how to use the oujia board lol and as soon as i said they it was been started to be used right... lol..
as i said i dont beleive in them.. but i want to investigate the clame of "spirit using our energy to move a class"
if it is true, giving it energy would be the same effect as touching the glass? as we all produce a certain amount of energy in the glass..
"i do know that electro static can move objects "posstive energy"
if there was a ghost... and according to the mediums or belivers on what say they use energys to do something or move something.. they will have plenty of energy to use.. and should move the oujia board alone if asked to do so? lol if it doesnt move.. it either means...
1. oujia board is fraud.. which is think is true.. and also what about this.. its sold as a childs toy lol..
or 2.. the place isnt haunted
what do you think of the experiment |

I'll tell you the outcome now project-reveal. The glass won't move. The energy of the spirits won't move it because there probably are no spirits using 'energy' no matter how many reports are posted about batteries draining etc.
Points 1. and 2. will be the outcome but I'd love to see you try it and film nothing happening.

lol tbh i think nothing will happen... i have already told everyone what i truly feel will happen. and thats nothing.
but we / you never know intill someones tries.. once tried a number of times in a number of locations maybe i "others" can get a more clear picture on the theory that "ghosts need our energy" to show its self or do something.
lol ive always said to people if nothing happens i will just film nothing happening what you see is what you get. and at the end of the video of explaining the theory, then showing the main bits of setting up experiment.... "then lock off camera on the experiment - all this will not she showed on our videos of 6 hours of nothing happens.. if nothing happens we will show the last 1 or 2 and say what we have done, how long, when, were, etc.. and just say nothing happended... the more i dive into my experiments the more sceptic is makes me ... unless something amazing was to happen..
i will try and make the vid and doc as intresting as possible.
i am even thinking of going public and asking random people a set of questions
Would you use a oujia board? Yes or no.
So you "Do or dont" beleive in a oujia board?
Would you let your son or daughter use one? i feel the answer to this questions will be NO.. to most people. even if they said no and no to the last two. i hope to make some intresting topic before the main experiment video. |

When I was a kid we "played" with a oujia board.
I believe we pushed the planchette to where we
wanted it to go. None of us took it seriously.
Now my Aunt and her step kids used the
ouijia board and some spirit came through
to them and answered all types of questions.
Personally, I wouldn't touch one now days. |

I'd have no problem doing a Ouija board because I know (or certainly believe with good reason) that it will not be picking up 'the dead', shadow people, demons or discarnate entities.
Would I let my daughter use one - yes, because she's old enough to understand the psychology and the physiology behind it but I'd certainly advise caution with her friends.
Would I advise people in general to use one - no, unless I knew their dispositions and level of suggestability.

I like the idea of pins on the glass, but hows about attatching lengths of metal thread to the glass, energy can still be passed to to glass and ifthe threads are long enough you can keep some slack on the threads so if the glass moves then no one can be accused of pushing it. I personally don't think the glass will move, but it's a great experiment and please post your results for us to see |
