My turn..."knackered"? Does that mean tired or not feeling up to it?
I get a kick out of your slang!

sorry bitterbuck......
yes...... knackered means tired... had enough... drained.... etc.... i am not one of the posh Brits......... ha ha ha ha.... no silver spoons here..... ha ha ha
(silver spoons is a way of saying poor, not of royal birth.. ha ha)
i know slang more than posh... ha ha ha.... perhaps i should send you some lessons....... but dont get in a "2 & 8" about it... ha ha ha..... 2&8 = stressed.
Thought i would share the laugh with my Govner...... (God).....

I know this is quite a bit off the subject, but I loved the movie 'The Full Monty'.
I had to watch it twice before I could figure out most of the vocabulary.
I do love English and Irish movies and sitcoms.
At least the ones we get on PBS.
And the Scottish also.
Don't want to leave you Scots out.
