shame employers dont think the same as you spirit hunter49 then i wouldnt of spent the last two years learning everything i did to get my level 1 english and level 1 and 2 in maths.

The way the USA money status todays Employers are weak minded cowards, they rather fire you or lay you off and screaw up your life
while they crawl under a dirty garbage can just cry.
sorry to say 10 years I kick my weak minded employer's arss before I left him because he couldn't with stands the times.

ill be lucky to work anywhere the way this resetion is hitting everyone at the moment more people are being laid off than hired.last person i worked for thought i was weak minded till i showed them that i was alot stronger than i showed them.

Casper, You have to show the employer where he or she is.

if he or she can't withstand the times and stay in business , than that employer has no right to exsisit at all.
most of the US employers are the #1 cause for sucides these days.
face it casper employers need thier butts kicked these day.

i agree.they need to been shown.but i need to have right qualifications to get foot in the door in the first place.

Let me tell you this Casper, Most of the US employers have gone yellow and went in to hiding because of the us money problems.
and some just want token employees, like Black, mexican, or your from another country,the resorts mentaly retarded they hire you unless your colored or mexican they won't hire whites.
It makes me very sick the way these employer behave!
They need a good haunting, I remenber I seriously Cursed an employer, the next day he ended up in state mental hospital.
because he completely freaked.

very deep.i dont live in the us though but its just as hard to find work here.i have decided to learn to drive so i can widen my search path further a field.

found out yesterday my cousin died.he was 42.im going away a week on friday and my other cousin doesnt know how to sort his brothers funeral etc out so im helpin him to plan and arrange it all then im going away then when i come back ill be going to the funeral because the nice people at the funeral home have said they cant do the funeral before i go so they will postpone it till i get back good job im only going for a week. the funeral is going from mine and im doing the catering afterwards at my remaining cousins request.
