Protect Yourself

Most of you will already know this but for those who dont:

My mum has always told me if you are going to try and make contact woth anything from the other side (spirits or otherwise)no matter what type of contact it is, always protect your self. The way i do it is picture a white sheild around myself and say a prayer (im not religious but it helps) so do this and you should protect yourself from any harm from anything you are trying to make contact with.

Yes she has had more experiences than me. She has seen many ghosts including her grandad

if you protect yourself properly (as stated above) noone should be able to mess with your mind or take over your body without your permission. Picturing a white sheild or a white ball surrounding you will let the spirit know that you have protected yourself.

i agree with adamk.... with the protection lark. Smile

theres loads of things along this line of protection. Smile

i always do this sort of thing regardless. Smile

its the being taken over i dont agree with along these lines...
some people i have come across while doing my "house clearings" that are involved with the wrong sort of drugs or alcohol or on serious medication for mental probs and are depressed... these type of people attract the low lifes of the negative sort and are unable to defend themsleves well enough not to have "walk ins", or being taken over either in their mind or body. Shocked

whereas if a healthy person who sorts of looks after themsleves most of the time and does their protection stuff, yep they are relativly safe.
even i have some struggles at times with negative thought forms disturbing my thoughts if i am "clearing" a home. but as i have a stubborn strong mind its not such a problem as it could very well be and i know what to do and how it feels .
