Saturday night's event took place at the medieval Spon Street, the Old Watchmaker's Cottages built in 1820. Our team occupied the end cottage and the second team sat in the first cottage. We sat for a while, lights out.
The darkness so, so black, not being able to see the person next to us. As we adjusted to our surroundings the reality of the age of the cottages finally took over.
Sitting on the floor and watching the back room it was soon clear that we were not alone, the dark was getting darker, shadows were forming and moving. A woman in an a-lined skirt walked through, as did a little boy aged 7. We bought the second team in who reported rustling upstairs in their building. This had been locked, though we suspect may have been down to rats.
Once we were all siutated in the end cottage, the temperature dropped, we heard a loud hissing sound, small stones dropping in front of us and a blue light which appeared and disappeared from nowhere.
We also heard what apppeared to sound like rain drops on the floor between us. Some of the team had their hair touched, their hoody pulled and the feeling of heavy limbs. Tight chests and excrutiating side pain also came over us.
We can't wait to go back as we believe so much more is to be uncovered. |

So presumably your ever-alert team managed to capture these figures on camera, right?
