Strange confusing sighting on camcorder, help?

Hi, new here and new the to the whole ghost thing so excuse my lack of knowledge in the subject!
After seeing the movie Paranormal Activity I was interested to what happened when I slept at night, a few people have asked me why I started, like have I seen or heard anything spooky before, but I haven't, all out of genuine interest after the movie, I was honestly expecting to see nothing.
But I have seen something, quite a few things, think they might be called orbs? Or something similar to that. Unfortunately I haven't used this camcorder for a few years, so don't know where the USB is that could connect it to my PC, instead I had to take pictures of it once paused.
The first night I had recorded (about 01:00AM), I spotted a few of these 'orbs', people I spoke to were pretty convinced it would be something outside (my bed is next to the window) most likely a car driving past, so the second night I said I'd make some kind of signal that a car had passed, funnily enough every time a car went past, nothing happened at all.
The first image is just a few seconds after I got in bed after turning on the cam, 14 to be precise

They seemed to be hovering around the lense, almost as if they were investigating it? I know that might sound a bit crazy, but here's a couple of others around that same moment

Now what I found weirdest was one big(ish) orb that went horizontally across my bed, towards a few creaky items in my room (TV, mirror hanging on wall, a few tubes and cans etc) and then I heard a pretty loud crack, 99% identical to one that happens every time I wobble my TV, this is the attempted shot of it, I found it hard to get this one on a still but you can just about make it out

I showed these things to a few people, my sister is defiant in these situations that there's no such things as ghosts/spirits, anything like that, so she wanted to experience it for herself and recorded 5 minutes in there, at about 23:30PM.
Not much happened to begin with but after 3 minutes we spotted something on the recording that looked like it went across the bed, via her FOOT!

Not long after, something a tad more strange, one went from the bottom of my bed, and up my sisters arm, a couple of seconds later she turned to me and asked if I was staring at her, I wasn't and asked why, she said it just felt like she was being stared at (!) here's a shot of it just coming onto my bed

Nothing much after that, apart from one yet again in the same position, right next to my sister, with no interest in me, just the newbie that's never been in there at that time before... it appeared to go behind her eventually.

The shots I've put on aren't the only things I've seen, at one point I've seen two in the space of 20 seconds, go in different directions across my bed, but they're rather small and quick so can't get a still shot of them. And throughout the 5 minutes I filmed with my sister, there was a few very small things fly about around the lense.
History wise, my house was made about 100 years ago, and I know of a man that died in the house, but I don't know any other details, the house has 3 bedrooms but one is a recent extension so there's a 1/2 chance that this guy could've died in my room, but I don't know if these things I've seen have anything to do with that.
So, anyone have any idea's of what these things could be? All comments are welcome because as you may have gathered, I'm pretty clueless.

Welcome to the forums HD, Is the camcorder digital or does it do video?
So far it's hard to say what they are. Would be nice to see the whole film.
Going by what you said, doing any work such as an addition to a old home can cause the spirits to become restless so to speak.
You probably do have someone hanging around. Do you feel any cold spots in your room?

Any chance you can get this video on youtube or any other video service? Sometimes you can tell what it is just by the way it moves.

To answer your questions- It is a digital camcorder, and as for cold spots, I wouldn't like to say to be honest, where the figures are spotted there is a radiator less than half a metre away.. the other end of the room is generally cold but it's right next to the door.
Unfortunately all I have is the camcorder and it's charger, so no way to get them onto a PC.

HOWEVER, since my first post I've done a bit of research, and I'm convinced I've got to the bottom of it.

I can relate to that description of them so well, movement wise: " Orbs can and do move about in a random way" this is just what they do, do you think this is the most likely solution to this or am I completely off the plot!?

I think it's dust but without seeing the video and how they move I can't be certain.
