Well maybe on Saturday night I can get some answers - house has been relatively quiet this week and with our really naff weather you cant rely on temperature drops, outside movements etc. If we can call whoever it is or what ever it is out maybe we can have some answers. |

I really dont know what I would have done in that situation. That must of been scary. You say you have had a lot of contact with ghosts empathically. How long have you had that ability for. Sounds fascinating. |

Since I can remember. First time anyone else knew about it was when i was 5 and we (my family) we at grandma's house - a man in uniform came in the living room and I was the only person that acknowledged that he was there so I started talking to him - freaked the rest of the family out! He shared with me what happened to him - there was a lot of pain - he was a WW2 pilot who never came back from a bombing raid. Over time I lost the ability to see ghosts but I know where they are, if i close my eyes and concentrate on just them then I can 'see' what happened to them hence my visions. I can't just find spirits out of thin air they have to call to me, like they want to be found. |

I dont know what my ability would be classed as, but I mentioned in another thread that History is a great passion of mine, the reason is because I have kinda visions but unsure wether it was my mind trying to picture what had happened in the past or wether i was actually seeing what had happened in the past, the thing is, my results are always pretty much spot on, which is why i decided to take my passion of researching castle and history much further.
As far as knowing if I have seen ghosts, I have seen a few definate spirits. I know that deep down, But i have also seen a lot of questionable stuff which I always try to find a sceptacle reason for it. Like If i was to tell you I saw my grandmother sitting in her arm chair when i was sorting her things out a week after she died, people would think thats just me picturing a happy memeory of her, but atmospherically it was more than that, temp drop, atmosphere was different you know what I mean?
I have also done past like regression and a lot of what came out in my sessions seems to of had a major influence on my present day life. But I remember things and get confused if I PAMELA has done that or if it was my past life that has done that.
Sorry, straying from your thread topic here. oooops |

Definately know where your coming from. Like I said I lost my ability to see spirits but I feel them and what they are feeling which is why I class myself as empathic rather than psychic. Sounds to me like we're quite similar on the visions, do you ever find that you've stopped what your doing and then suddenly 'wake up' a moment later? Usually someone asks me if I'm alright because I seem distant lol!
Regression sounds cool. Did you have it done professionally or can you slip in and out of your past? |

Lol, That happens to me all the time. lol I can just be standing there seeing these things going on, and then, i would suddently realise that i have gone into like a daydream transe , but thats when i start to wonder is it me just having an overactive imagination or am i actaully seeing these things. lol
The past life regression was done professionally at first for first few sessions but over the time i found myself being able to look back alone.
At the first seminar with him, there were about ten of us in the room and he was taking us through guided self hypnosis and the strangest thing happened. We were all getting well into it and then suddenly a clock fell off the wall behind us and the piture fell off the wall at the front of the room, the noise brought everyone out of the sleep suddently and it was quite scary. The tutor said he believes itwas because of the amount of energy we were producing in the room, but once again i try to look for more obvious explanations. lol |

OMG and you went back for more sessions?
I've never tried anything like that before but I've always thought it would be really cool to discover that in a past life I was a princess, adventurer or even a cat burgurlar - something cool but I'd probably just be a washer woman or something equally as dull, lol. |

I've been meaning to have a regression for ages. I've a feeling I know the area in which one of my lives was based, but would be interested to learn more. I to, have an obsession with history, though mines based around the Royal Navy from around 1860-1920 ish. Shortly after moving to Swansea I was reading an account of an Admiral that fought at Jutland, seems this was pretty much his lifetime, and not only that but he was born not far from where I had moved to, so I've often wondered if I somehow knew him, or was connected to him. |

What you will also find that is according to my guide is that if you feel connected to one past life you are more likely to have had more before or after. Throuhout my sessions I was confused a lot because As i got deeper and deeper into, I kept seeing different things from different genres, but the one which is more known to me and i know more about is a lady by the name of Gwyneth who from what I gathered died early 1900's before any of the wars. There is a strong feeling that she suffered with a bad leg and not sure if it led to blood poisoning but that is what i believe to have led to her death. Very mixed what I get from these sessions but it was some time ago now.
I watched a video of someone lonce going through past life regression and he belives to have come from the wild west, he was picking up someone who he believed to have been a cowboy who was shot. |

What is a "bolide"? |

Where do you go to have regressions? (Coz I doubt its done on the NHS lol!) but I fancy giving it a go. Moon & Damara when you had yours done where the lives local? I mean were the people in your past lives living near where you live now or where born, did they have a common connection to you at all? |

Well, regression is a slow process, It will take many sessions to look into yur past and try to even piece a small but of your story together, you will always find contacts for people who can take you through past life regression from New Age Shops etc, there is a directory online but I cantremember the web site address but i can assume you can google it. I am not sure you get this free magazine where you are, but here in south wales I get hold of a small free magazin which is monthly called AURA and it is full of articles related to spirituality etc coveres new age beliefs and advertises hypnotists, spiritual healers, angel card readers, etc.
The main person in my past live, i know to have not lived past the age of 40 and her name was Gwyneth and although i can not get a place in mind to where she lived, Gwyneth is a welsh name. |
