An ex work collegue works in security he also had a side job cleaning up crime scene's after the police had finished. One day him and his dad went to a job after a young lad had hung himself during cleaning up he saw out of the corner of his eye someone run up the stairs. He told his dad to go up and see who it was he found no one and he believed it was the dead lad watching them cleaning up and probably realised he was dead .This lad i know is not a bu** shi**r and he wanted to know what the lad was wearing when he died, because he saw what clothes he had on and wanted to ask the police what he was wearing when he died but his dad said it wasn't a good idea because he would never get it out of his head |

I think I would want to know. Being in a job like that you could end up figuring out a lot of different paranormal stuff. HE could end up being a expert in the field. |

His dad has likely seen things as well and was prob just as anxious to tell someone but prob received a lot of teasing for it. Prob just warning his son to be more cautious of what he says, officials don't like to talk about ghosts "officially". |

but it's only because people don't understand (or aren't willing to). Surely the more debate the healthier for all concerned? |

I could imagine it would be a job where you just had to get on with it and tidy up but deep down it must have some emotional impact. I bet these people will have had a lot of experiences like this but just have to bury them and carry on. Its sounds so scary though. I was offered a trainee placement once in a forensic library and I heard storys from forensic photographers and crime scene investigators being told to they have to go on the sick all because they had seen something or they though they saw something and couldn't explain it, and their bosses were making out that they were suffering with exhaustion or stress. No one ever wants to confront the truth |

i would want to know. And because of the type of person i am, inquisitive, if i were the dad myself, i would have been interested to know if the descriptions matched. i would be of the opinion that the lad is going to be thinking more about it than if we sweep what he saw under the carpet. :) |
