Which begs the question: what were you watching to have this clip recommended to you? |

What do you find shocking - that a two year old is run over or that people walk past without helping?.
Not so long ago we were burning people alive and not doing anything to help because we used a book of fairy stories for our moraity. Shock is relative. Any child being injured or killed is very upsetting and sad but people and children die in accidents all over China every day - that's reality unfortunately.

i just read the article on it and there saying the 19 people that ignored her was because of a culture thing or the fear of getting blamed
this was a 2yr old little girl, i dont know how anyone (culture or not) could just walk past alittle girl in agony on the road side like that
i hope they lock those drivers up and throw away the key |

Both drivers are arrested. The way all the people walked past even women with their own children shows that there is definitely something wrong with that country - I could not see this happening in the UK, Ireland, America or most other countries
My family watched this last night and my Mum, sister and aunt cried - I am not very emotional but I was angry. |

Is this the sense of humanity we had when?, the Dark Ages, the Iron Age?.

Not so long ago we were sending children to work in mills, working IN machinery that could kill, let alone be the cause for the loss of a limb.
In india, I seen a truck driver who had one child on top of the bonnet and another on the bumper, collecting water leaking from his radiator passing it to the other so he could poor it back in.
This is "barbaric" and inhumane behaviour is certainly not new. |

Well said Carlos. I can fully see where NewWave is coming from though but I think our extinction will not be at our own hands but via some cosmic agency.
