This is called 'The Downey method' after Margaret Downey who came up with the idea. I believe the communicating entities are using 'energy' within the water in order to manifest. Thanks Joe ... I then review the video frame by frame with FXFrame Capture to find the images/writing and then crop/enhance saturation with GIMP Software. Both FXFrame Capture and GIMP are free software. Joe ...
