Okay. I dunno where to post this. But I am in need of help. I few weeks or so I saw a black shadow standing next to my step sisters bed. The shadow was female and wore all black. Her hair was long and black with bangs covering her eyes. She had her head down. I have trouble sleeping at night and I look at the room because I am afraid of the dark. Anyways, I saw the girl and I became instantly paralyzed. I could not move and the girl slowly began to look up and started moving towards me. She disappeared before she got close to me. On Tuesday night, I saw the girl sitting, but was floating above my bed. She was looking away when I became paralyzed by her again. She slowly started to turn her head towards me and started moving to me again and disappeared before getting to me. Last night, I was asking my step sister if she had seen any black shadows in the room and she said she sees a shadow run in the room fast when I am not around. I had a nightmare where I saw the girl once again and I was paralyzed. I was trying to yell out for my step sister and step mom in the dream but could not. I even tried to wake up to scream for my step sister and step mom. The girl seems to disappear before reaching me. I don't know why. I asked a friend and she said they are shades but he does not remember what they are. So does anyone know what a Shade is? For the first time in my life I pulled out holy water and started praying. I was scared and I have never been this scared before. |

I've experienced sleep paralysis a few times before.
It is a bit unnerving when you cannot move or talk.
I can see where someones imagination can run wild. |
