I think though anyplane must have standard lights to warn other craft it's presence even fighters.
In the sea it's law to have port and starboard on any vessel and I think it;'s the same in the sky.
Theres an exception to every rule and military usually makes good use of these.
Who knows what it was, we can only speculate. |

Yeah those are certenly not balloons, do you mean you spotted a intence ball of white light at low altitude, did you have any other colors visable? |
