I know a paranormal team thats well known over hear and was asked to join them on a hunt. I went to hyde hall manchester a town hall with lots of history. It was my first hunt and as I have medium experince I was keen to see what it was like. I drove there and our first vidual was in the old police cells. We did glass moving and I walked off on my own to other cells in search of spirits. The group contacted spirit and one of which was mia hindley of the moors merders. We soon backed off from that.I contacted a bloke in the far jail and felt crowded and cramped.Thomas was his name and he was hanged there for his crime.
A tall man dark hair slim but alot of knowing in him, foot steps heard from around me so I went but nothing there. Everybody heard them.
We then went to the hall spirits where seen on the balcony and noises heard around us. The glass on the table moved when told to. I saw a girl aged about 8 white dress long hair in curls skipping passed a window I got up and followed her but she went. In the safe we called out to spirit and you knew they where there. The door that was opened moved open and then back agian. The planchett moved slowly around on the floor.
we then went in a dissused stoer room, where a medium did a trance and took over from spirit i thought this was brill as this was the first times i have seen this. I asked how was it he siad he sits back and lets spirit take over him but he lets them only do certain things not walking.
Later we went in the toiletts down in the basements this was nasty, we stood there and called out saw a shadow move behind me and walked down the corridor few others seen it so i went down there to. calling out to spirit I ended up in another part of the toiletts and felt a bad atmostpher in there. If i listen to spirit it felt that some one was beaten up im there and was left alone. Last thing we ended up in the majors office we sat around the table and aked spirit to draw close, they did a girl had to have as spirit was with her the bloke that the medium did the trance with followed us to see what we where doing. The table moved back and forth slowly and the other medium could see people around us like druis or monks. We then finnished and I had a 3 hour drive home on my own at 4.30 am in the morning. Later next day after speeking to casper I deceided to look on the history of the place and things that might be of interest. Thomas funny or not was a brother who lived there with his family in the olden days, his brother and him made to mills but his was more better and eneded up making more money than the other, hey fell out with each other, but i dont have a picture of him but what i belive was true was him or was it ?
another one to follow !!!!!!!! |

If it was for a short period - say a night or two - maybe. But any longer, and I don't think I would! Having said that...the one night I stayed at the Red Lion in St Alban's [in 1993] was more than enough! If I'd known in advance that the Inn was 'haunted', I would've opted for another hostelry... . |
