I think the truth is the first thing I would want.
Which I know your investigation team is all about.
I would also want to know why is this haunting happening here
and why. If that would be possible to find out.
The last would be 'how much do I owe you for your services'?
Not sure if these are the questions you were looking for Iain.

I'd want locations with a demonstrable history of paranormal activity. Investigators with open minds and the ability (and common sense) to interpret any experiences in an unbiased manner - offering the rational as a possible explanation over and above the irrational.
Like Bitter, I'd want the truth and honesty with no hamming up the investigation and no false positives.

All good points. We charge lass than other pro-companys £25 instead of £65. We do the investigation and then offer the evidence we find so as to follow up known reports and then we look into the history to find if the evidence bares any resemblance to the past of the place. and DB I think we hit those points too.
This aint to promote us, its to finely tune what we do. So people who are realy interested get excactly what they want. I do try to get the info over to people in as simple way as poss during the one hour pre investigation talk and gear explanation. But not easy when people are there for the first time. It can be a bit brain blagging for them.
But I think Ive got it sussed. Thankyou for the comments people, all taken on board. We also produce the dvd after to remind people of the event and of what was happening around them. etc. That works well even though it takes me three days to put together. |

i like the fact that you do research after you investigate, then see if the evidence you got fits in to the history of the place |

Not much point doing it, if theres no relation to known activity or people who lived there. Some of the stuff can be psychosymatic and caused by the people involved by the investigation. but we tend to know this type of thing and filter it out. (people embedding there own mental idea's upon the environment) but we still keep that stuff and relate it if ness). |
