| ive been doing fine thanks.still doing driving lessons.instructor said im a good driver but some times my nervous take over and that affects my driving.im still doing english classes too.still not working but keeping my self busy with trying to sort house out just finished decorating our bedroom ,next is to do our living room before christmas cos its been stripped now for nearly a year and its really doing my head in. what have you all been upto. |

Good to hear your keeping up on the driving lessons!
You need to post pictures of your newly decorated boudoir! 
Just got home last week from a month or so at my parents house.
My Dad had complications from hip surgery and was in the hospital for a month.
When my Mum brought him home I went along to help with Dad.
It is so good to be back home. |

| hope your dad is back on his road to recovery now.it must be nice to visit parents even though its nice being at home.i have also recently started writing to my brother who i havent seen or spoken to for 19 years since our dad died.i was only 13 last time i saw him i took the bull by the horns and wrote to him now we write at least once a week. |

Thanks Casper, yes he is doing so much better now.
I do enjoy visiting my folks but there is no place like home as Dorothy would say. 
That is so cool that you and your brother are in touch with one another again.
Is he allot older than you? |

We'll be having Christmas dinner here at the house on Christmas Eve so as Lindsey and her husband
can have Christmas day to spend with his family.
Our oldest Denise lives in Oregon and we are hoping to visit them the first part of December.
We thought we'd take a road trip and have an early Christmas with them.
How are your plans coming?
What do you usually make for your Christmas dinner?
I need some new ideas.

| my brother is 12 years older than me on his birthday on the 25th nov so i lost contact with one brother and sister but gained contact with this one. we always spend christmas day with pauls parents then boxing day i have my cousin down here for our christmas day dinner cos i used to spend boxing day here with my mum when she was alive so i have stuck to the same now she has gone plus paul wont change these arrangments so i can do christmas day dinner here on christmas day.i serve chicken cos i dont like turkey,kilted sausages,roast potatoes,creamed potatoes,sprouts,carrot and swede,sage and onion stuffing with sausage meat,apple sauce and chicken gravy made with the stock from the chicken and thickened with a rue. afters if you make it is mince pie with squirty cream cos dont like christmas pud.what do you have. at night i do a buffet with all different types of foods includig homemade pickled eggs and homemade pickled onions.this year i was thinking of making my own christmas cake too. |
