Wollaton Park was once owned by a rich noble man called Lord Willoughby.

Situated in Nottingham about half a mile to where I live, it consists of many acres of gardens and Wollaton Hall which is now a musium

(Just for the record...birds do not fly virtical. We have nothing larger than a hawk and those are rare)

The camera is vertually brand new and is a Olympus 10 Megapixel e420 single lens reflex with dust control.

As you can see by the first frame, my picture is tilted towards the sky, as I sensed something, although I did not see anything at the time.

My apologies for the missing pictures. It has nothing to do with anything relating to this site. Or any of your opinions.

If you are interested I can post them personally to you if you either leave your PM or email.
Sorry.

George

Thank you both, for your positive feedbacks.

The only thing that I have done to the enlargements, is to darken the pictures.

I saw nothing at the time.

Hi George,
Have you been back to Wollaton Park to take any more pictures?
I was wondering if some things came up on those pics as well.
Beautiful park, so green.
Living in the desert we don't see such a lush green.

Hello Bitter,

Wollaton Park also has an interesting history. Certainly there is a lot of greenery in what we call the park gardens. The hall and the whole of Wollaton was owned by the wealthy Willoughby family, including Sir Francis Willoughby. Built in around 1640, it houses a deer park and greenhouses. Sounds funny to mention the greenhouses, as we get the rain and not so much of the sun...LOL. Towards the South West peninsula of the UK, we get your Gulf Stream and the skies are deep blue with even citrus fruits growing.

I have been back to this spot and took more pictures, but nothing more was seen. This is the first time, for a long time something was captured with my camera.

Certainly, I did not see anything at the time. You may be interested in ConanPoe's drawing of what I believe to be Wollaton Hall?

I visited last week, as I noticed he mentions stone animals as guardians in the entrance. Indeed they are!

It is only fair to say that Conan disagrees, with the greatest respect to the guy.

Regards George

Thanks for your support Cliffraves.

I think they are. It is just that I cannot find any other logical explanation?

Thought about birds, but we don't have any eagles or buzzards. As birds fly horizontal, and I am told that if birds dive for fish...certainly not from this height.

Camera is absolutely unbelievable with detail, having dust protection and a high quality lens.

The images appear like 'something' is causing a black hole effect? As if light is being absorbed?

I have had similar experiences with a spinning top UFO above our roof many years ago. This was the only time, my friends and I saw one. We gazed at it for a few seconds, then it decided to give us a flying display. I never saw anything jig about so quick. It was watching us play (rest appear on film) It is like it is there...and again it is not. We also used to get 'warping' of light...something like the star trek movie....LOL. The other type of UFOs were basically light phenonomena. This is why I do not accept the 'nuts and bolts' variety. Only because I have never seen one.
I never believed in EVP until three weeks ago, when I captured it on my cam recorder. Always thought that these sounds were just radio transmissions caused by the amplifier coils in the circuits.

Just my opinion.

George

Hi georgek

My father and I own several Olympus cameras in particular I own the E-420 DSLR Camera with 14-42mm lens that came as standard.

From looking at your pictures, as realistic as they look I dont think they are what you think. The distance the photo is aimed would mean that the objects would be a little sharper seeing as the trees and bushes , and clouds are all crystal clear and yet these two objects are fuzzy which to me would mean they were particles on the camera,or insects like midges on the lens, that way because they are so close to the lens they would not be focussed on at all. Also , if that is the camera you own the lenses are interchangeable so there is also the possible of dust or dirt inside the main body ofthe lens.

Just my opinion of course

Cool photos! Looks like a UFO to me, but who knows. Maybe it's a weather balloon.
