Has anyone here ever or do you now practice yoga?
I like the idea of Yoga and I am thinking of joining a class, although it doesn't start for a few months, and I was wondering if anyone has any advice and could maybe tell me a bit more.
Or does anyone here just meditate? |

Closest I've come to Yoga is Yoghurt but I've heard it's relaxing and beneficial. I don't tend to meditate but I think a lot.
