All I seen was the beginning of an out of focus card trick with appaling sound.

The spoon is already bent when we first see it in Marks hand. Mark simply and very discretely twists the spoon so that with each gesture of his hand we see more of the bend because the spoon is rotating slightly towards us thus revealing the bend.

Apparantly to soften pictures and films, just googled it and it can be used to getthe effect of "vintage" pictures.
