why we have halloween

Well, after all that, I still love Halloween as well. It would have been great if it had generated from a true castle in the hills death type of situation and not a mix between different cultures.

well guys if you didnt know, the great magician HARRY HOUDINI died on halloween. at 2:36 pm. and they say that still some spooky things happen near his grave at 2:36 pm . on HALLOWEEN. He died on 31 oct, 1926

Cool story. Well, I wouldnt doubt you sudharma88, must be a lot of people near his grave which would create a lot of weird things on all hallows eve. The questions is, is it houdini or his predessors making those spooky things happen?

well i dont know the truth. but u know misty that houdini was just a magician. that is just tricking people to believe him. so u might be right. but we dont know if he had his wishes fulfilled or not. maybe he still wants to get back

Well I am glad now, that I know how Halloween came about.I didn't expect the origin of Halloween to be as it is - very interesting.
