i'm i going mad?

hey all, new here. going to straight to the point this half year it's been a roller coaster, it started last august that one morning which i will never forget. about 6 30am got woken up by aloud bang, when i woked what i relised was my drawer's been moved to the middle of floor and somebody tried to hit me with my alrm clock well i think they tried to hit me because i felt it right passed me when they throwed it. at first iam like ok was that just a 1 off? no it wasn't from that day more and more thing's happen, u could be whatchting tv and u see doors opening and shuting u can have a bath or go to toilet and all the suddon taps come on there self ppl walking up and down the staris. u can hear breathing ppl talking they move stuff like my mum's dolls ect, also the other day there was in a shop just looking around and all the suddon stuff came flying of the shelves the ppl it worked there said don't worry we will clean it up but yet in my mind i know what that was, it's been the same every time i go shopping or walking my dog i hear them feel them following me but yet when ppl come vist us they can hear only like them walking up down stairs ect but yet i hear more than just that. they even try to chock me while i was a sleep also they tried to push me down stairs which freaked me out, i live with my mum but nothing happening with her why that? i know we could have aleast two spirt's because my great granny and granny both past away in the house but i think that there is also something eles but i don't like to say it much if u know what iam talking then u will know. i just need to talk two ppl that know's what iam going through and that ppl doesn't think i'm mad. sorry if i went on a bit there if u were reading that'sa my way of getting of my chest
