yep visulaize the "emotion" around the word.
heres a trick you can give ago.... next time you need a parking space as you are going towards the area you need to park in with a good10minutes to spare, think something like this"i need an easy parking space outside the chemist(or whatever palce you going to) when i arrive there please" and hey presto it usualy works for me. i learnt the hard way of putting in the word"easy" or else you get those awful spaces that take ages to manover into.
also if you are realy poor for cash you can say"let someone give me their used ticket with enough time for me please" and some nic e person who is just leaving gives you their ticket with time left on it for you. dont let the parking attendant know this one though.saves you money. |

I don't agree, bitterbuck. I think it is. Because it also happens to me with friends and work colleagues. (It's really scary when it's my boss. ) Because these are also people you spend a lot of time with. Most of the non-sleeping part of a day is spent at work, after all.
Without realising it, I believe you can 'pick up' on what others' are thinking. Or else subconsciously send them thoughts without being aware you are doing so. You might do it consciously of course. I'm sure my former boss was 'transmitting a signal' when he wanted another cup of tea!
The best one is when you see a fanciable stranger on a bus or train. But don't pluck up the nerve to talk to them. It's a little eerie, though, when they turn round and look in your direction. I usually duck behind a book or paper to hide my |
