One benefit I have is my Mum. About 10 years back she found she had high cholestrol, so has had to cut out most saturated fats. As a result its game, seafood, and fish when i visit, lovely :D Plus they live in Cromer, so get really fresh seafood, and the best crabs in the country! ...
