We have a 55 gallon salt water tank.
I've got allot of soft corals, a sea anenome, brittle star, crabs, snails, and only 3 fish at the time.
Our daughter and son-in-law gave it to us when they moved.
Let me tell you it is the gift that keeps taking! (your money)

It's actually pretty easy to care for.
It's the fish, corals and the lights that cost a mint!
But it is beautiful! |

They have so many cool looking plastic plants and other things to decorate your tank with!
Our salt water tank has live rock in it also.
Because we have it set up as a coral reef we have no plastic decorations.
Another reason it cost a bundle to set up. |

It is costly to set up.
We have to buy new lights every year (they suggest) for the corals.
The corals need high density light to grow.
I'll admit, the lights don't get changed every year. |

i change mine when they blow which seams to be about every six months that was a pet shop one we got with tank so i thought if they going to blow every six mths id sooner pay three pound for replacement rather than about fifteen every six months.if this cheep one blows after six mths then its due to go some time in oct.its different for my tank cos i dont have living rocks like bitter does. |
