my first rat was called mr ratty he got an inner ear infection and nothing could be done so he ws put down.the second i had was shannon she got pheomonia the vet gave us some powder and said if it doesnt work there is nothing else we can do,she took a funny turn and died in my arms.then the final two we had were snowy and peanut they both died of old age.peanut used to jump up onto the wire which covered his tank and he would go through the gaps and sit on top of tank till i went over and said come on then and he would jump on my arm and climb onto my shoulder and i would do housework with him on my shoulder.i really miss them they where all real charitors. |

We have two cats now, Verbal an Orange Tabby, and Sliver a Gray Tabby. We also have a 55 gallon salt water fish tank.
Growing up we always had dogs, rats, hamsters, fish, horses, Pygmy goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, burros and my little brother. |

A burro is another name for a donkey.
You owned a stick insect?
How long did he get and what did you feed him? |

he didnt last very long cos the house we lived in was cold and damp but they grew to about three and a half inches they ate privit leaves and bran cos thats what the lady in pet shop said to feed them on.they are lovely to watch cos they always look like they are dancing cos they sway from side to side. |

I think that would be a cool critter to observe and take care of.
I'd have to say I think that is the strangest so far.
Seems as though the three of us have the same interest in 'pets'. |
